We had a fantastic family stay in a spacious room with a full kitchen, living area, and separate bedroom. the hotel is conveniently located close to the Olympic Village Market area and local public transport into town. the friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and the cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. We especially enjoyed the beautiful views from our room.
The public areas lacked atmosphere and could benefit from some updates.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised by its value for money. The prices were reasonable and affordable, especially for a 3-star hotel. The attention to detail was impressive, with extras like extra coffee and washing powder provided in the rooms. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The basic amenities were great, including a fully equipped kitchen, washer, and dryer. The rooms had breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed my stay in the spacious 2-bedroom plus apartment, room #207, which was beautifully decorated and even had a sofa bed for extra comfort. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of service, staff, basic amenities, and rooms with great views.
All was satisfactory during my stay at this hotel.

If you don't mind a bit of exercise, it's even possible to walk to the Village, although be prepared for some steep hills down the way. The rooms, especially the 2-bedroom plus apartment #207, offer great views of the surrounding mountains. The staff are also super friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.
All was ok, no room for improvement needed.

The cozy atmosphere and breathtaking views made our romantic escape unforgettable. The location was perfect for us as it offered access to local shops and ski lifts. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to cook our meals in-room and save on food costs. Bonus points for the fireplaces that were perfect to warm up next to after a long day of adventure!
We did notice some aspects of the room that could use some upgrading, such as old furniture and outdated decor. the hot tub was quite busy during our stay and had limited space to sit and relax.

Great view of the mountains and easy access to nearby attractions. Very comfortable and clean accommodations with great amenities like equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and complimentary coffee/tea.
Lacking outdoor pool and only offering hot tub. Parking situation could be better.
